Kenneth Jones

Kenneth Jones, who was a significant donor member of the Vice Chancellor’s Golden Circle and made many contributions to UCT, has left 40% of his total estate to the UCT Trust.  This hugely generous and valued contribution will ensure that his memory will live on in a meaningful way.  Opera was extremely important to Ken, and he supported UCT opera for many years, creating a Kenneth D Jones Opera award and bursary.  The recent UCT Opera event in London was staged in Ken’s memory and attendees were encouraged to donate in support of UCT Opera.
