 Legendary musician and educator Professor Dizu Plaatjies, Head of African Music at UCT, graces the stage one last time before his retirement to deliver a mesmerizing performance that bridges traditional and contemporary African sounds.

Beyond the music, the UCT Day Benefit Concert, in partnership with Standard Bank, is a force for change. Each ticket sale contributes to the UCT Unlocking Futures Bursary Fund, supporting talented students in overcoming financial obstacles and completing their education.
