Dear Nominating Committee,

I nominate myself, Zamasomi Mzoneli to serve to serve as A member of the Convocation Executive Committee. I bring deep expertise in problem solving, organization, communication and leadership as a professional architect with strong commitment to mission outcomes. I am a collaborative listener who asks incisive questions and keeps the team focused on achieving long term goals.

My everyday role as a mom has allowed me to learn what it takes to build a community intentionally, bringing compassion where required amongst the team to ensure a human holistic balance. This temperament fits the needs of a member of the committee.

I believe I will be a great asset, as a member of the convocation executive committee, as an alumnus of the University of Cape Town.
